I've lived in the Lencshire house for many years, it was a pleasure living there, until recently the managers and staff were the most professional, nicest, polite I have ever seen. Since the new manager took over the building it became a nightmare. She is unprofessional, unpolite, rude and you will be lucky if she lets you speak. You are not allowed to express your opinion or concerns. After living there for so long and several disagrements with the "lady", I finally packed my stuff and left. Good luck if you plan to move to The Lencshire House!!!

I'm with this guy; the new building manager is incompetent, which is a shame because the building seems in good condition and the neighborhood is terrific.

We met the new manager who started around the end of May or early June 2007, she is very professional, very customer friendly, and often spend time after hours assisting where needed. We had several issues that needed Management's intervention, she handled the situations very promptly, if there was something that she did not have the authority to do she contacted the management company and got right back with us. There was one occassion where she had to tell us "NO", but she was very professional, kind, and tactfully in her approach.
