Very convenient From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I agree with the tenants who complained about the former manager who was incredibly overbearing, rude and unprofessional. Even when the mistake was her's (misplacing a check, forgetting to inform the tenant about the arrival of perishable gifts) she was on the offensive. She would not listen to suggestions and told me once that she knew best!! Since her departure, this year however, things have been MUCH better. The staff is courteous and the manager good. The building and untis are well taken care of, although the rents continue to rise.
