This complex is very well kept up by the maintenance staff. (Both clean and you can tell they care about preventive maintenance)

I live on the top floor and my apartment feels like it is about 85-90 degrees all through winter, Oct-April (even with the air shut off and the air vent covered up). Unfortunately all the heat rises up and there is nothing you can do except open your windows, which makes everything in your efficiency have that outdoorsy smell or give you allergies with all the pollen that comes in. So, I have to suffer in the heat until they switch over to AC (they say by May 15). I don't know why they can't just turn the heat off in between the seasons. The manager says it is dependent on the outside temperature and they can do nothing about it. I have had food go bad and electronics that have worked for years fail here, and I am sure it is too hot for them in here.

I have no idea if it is cooler on the lower levels, but the lower you go, the more street noise you will probably get too.

It is a great area, and very safe. Being able to walk around the Nat'l Cathedral grounds and the neighborhood is very nice.

I ended up getting a parking space in their garage, because it is easier for bringing up groceries and being assured of a close parking space. However it does cost.

I have stayed here because it offers me a decent price, but if I didn't stay at my boyfriend's place so much, I would've moved by now because it is so hard to sleep while being so hot. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
