AWFUL Management - The could careless.................

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2009
Brenda Lofton, Orlando Brooks and Richard Jeffers Have ruined the Company. Lenkin Company owns three building on Wisconsin Ave (all close together). Use to be a Good Value but NOT anymore. The will let ANYONE in these buildings. The have up to 6 adults living in one bedroom apartments. Its like living in a Frat House. Have been all over Management but the just DONT care. Buildings have been in steady decline. Just have my unit exterminated for BEG BUGS- Gross...This problem has never been delt with.. Save yourself a lot of headaches and look elsewhere. Tenant for 9 years. Leaving ASAP.........
