Management-
Why is it that the bitter queens are always the ones that want to rate something' The management has always been very kind to us. One thing I will mention is that they do not take bull or attitude-which they shouldn't have to in the first place.

Parking-
Now, parking is a little strange some times. There is quite a bit of street parking if you get home before 8pm. Parking in the garage is expensive, but in line with other buildings in the area. Each parking space is a different size, so you have to match your car to a space. People are very respectful of spaces in the garage.

Maintenance-
Stewart, Keith, and Alex do a great job! When things have gone awry, they have always made themselves available and it is usually fixed the first time. Hallways can some times be neglected, but they do get steam cleaned one-two times a month.

Noise-
What noise' Our neighbors have always been respectful that there are others who live in the building besides them. I will say, even living on the 8th floor, we do hear quite a few too many sirens. The physiccal building has an inset space in the middle, so sounds carry right up that part and make it sound like you are on the street level.

Overall-
I would suggest this place to someone. Lencshire House matches apartments in the area pretty well but stood out to us because of the management/maintenance team. If you come at them with respect they will do the same!
