Lived here for about 8 months. Great location, felt very safe, nice building but SUPER loud due to being on a college campus - students out all nights of the week. Also, because the street is multiple lanes, lots of trucks use it early in the morning. AND we had a large cockroach problem even though we kept our place super clean - it was probably due to our messy male college neighbors...
