Nice location in the Foggy Bottom area. Walking distance to the grad schools as well as the undergraduate classrooms. Tenants range from grad students, to undergrads, to people who have been living here for decades. Some units are nicer others. Underground parking is a huge plus but there's a waiting list to get a spot. Washer/dryers are in the basement. Front desk is nice to have but only open during regular business hours. The pool is nice to have but usually only open on the weekends. CVS and restaurants all in walking distance. 5 blocks to the Washington Mall. Safeway located in the Watergate which is just a quick walk down the street.
