Hey please believe me when I say that u will regret moving here! I regret it everyday and I moved almost 3 months ago. At first they were taking forever to get the mold out of my house, and then taking forever to fix the washing machine, and now they are taking forever to give me my security deposit back! This property is the WORST! They changge manangement like u change undergarments! Everyday it seems like new manangement is taking over. Before you get to know your new management company and employees different people are coming in to take over! How the hell is it possible to run a complex when the owner is not giving anyone a chance! Everyone that has been in there have not did anything differently! The owner sucks and so does the employees that lie to us when in reality they should already know that they are not going to be employed by him long at all!

I am very sorry but this lady is telling the absolute truth. Heather is her so called assistant but she actually should really be in charge, she is very professional and courteous but --- undermines some of her decisions some times.

Actually Heather is the property manager and --- is her assistant. --- should not be in either position!

If I understand correctly, it takes up to 45 days after you vacate to get your deposit back. When did you move out lashg?

Yes, Thats why I am gone. This is so true I had mold in my apartment covering my ceiling for months and then they just came in and painted over the mold. then After taking them to court they still did not do what they were supposed to. It's sad to say but I don't live there and have to take them back to court. Rent from them and it's a never ending battle that I wish I would have never gotten into. They won't fix anything, and do not like giving back security deposits. So prepare to fight for that once you leave. For you below me ............ One of my neighbors sued a while back, don't know how many days just know they won there case.

She speaks the truth. If is is not the triflin neighboors letting their children rip and run through the halls you have to deal with the bundles of people smoking and drinking by the door and looking at you stupid because you are trying to go to your apartment and you busting up their party. The staff IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. If you can't add up a ledger how did you get a job. And the attitude, look if you don't want to work QUIT.

In any event, I don't care how often they change management companies as long as they handle my issues when needed, I'm fine. Lotus Square is an affordable housing property, not the White House or the Marriott so, what some people expect living across from Mayfair is beyond me! LOL
