i cannot wait until my lease is up!! this management is the worst...living here is like living in a prison..and --- is the warden. She is soooooooooooooooooo unproffessional, rude, moody, and the reason why i hate living here..i am not a person that needs much to be happy and not much bothers me..but she has gotten on my last nerve..the only one in the office that has any sense is ------- but its like she doesnt have enough of a backbone to use it...the rules here though sometimes necessarry..the can be overbearing..such as the entry fob..how ur only allowed one per household!!! i have lived in secured buildings before and you were automatically granted two..the mail policies are so stupid..they started a conceirge desk when they first opened to lure people...now that they actually are responsible for holding people's packages they dont wanna do the job and call it a "courtesy"..well when you gave your tour before I signed a lease it wasnt called a "courtesy"...if u get packages they hold it...dont leave a notice for u....and unless u know u have a package coming u are SOL..they will send it back..i have had overnite deliveries and time sensitive packages delivered that i was aware and wasnt aware of just sitting there for over a week!!! no one said anything..when u ask question them they say it is the carrier's job to leave a note on ur mailbox...Ok true..but what if they dont!!! which sometimes they dont!!! so now I dont know i have a package here....and u dont inform me....then u send it back!'!' then have the nerve to put out a flier telling residents that packages will only be held for three days(just enough time for her to cut it open and look in my package..or have it mysteriously vanish then re-appear after telling her I know that she signed for it when she thinks I dont know) ......everything u ask of them is like ur asking a favor or like we should be thankful we live here...i have never seen someone so power sprung..she is quick to put a late rent notice the same day the rent is due but wont leave a notice to tell u ur package is down stairs........there arent balconies which i knew when i moved in..but the windows are damn near nailed shut and open about an inch...think im lying''(ride pass 295 and see if u see any of our windows open} so to deal with that some of us would go to the roof to get air or unwind after work instead of sitting around in front of the building(which is rude)...she put a lock on the door so that only she and her kids can go up there now.....when i tell u i am at my witts end with this place. O yea the gym closes too early.by the time I get home from work I only have one hour to use it...hey --- why dont u extend the hours and get ur --- ass in there...sitting at the front desk eating and thinking of rules to make ur residents unhappy and miserable like you is starting to show in your sides...other than her the building is great, the residents are great. we are all friendly and speak to one another..great environment if you minus the office
