Lotus Square

I aspect the building and management to be a little more professional. The owner isn't friendly at all. He can't be touch, but want your money. I had several issues, but, can't wait to move on. The saying Looks are deceiving, well it is true. It is sad to say that it should be ranned by a well all around professional and courtesy person(s). Parking is not great in the area. They should have consider two parking space for the residents & guest. But, if you put something in the hood, what do you aspect. I don't even bother asking for company, because if you are not there by a certain time, I personally am not going to be walking from Mayfair Mansion, or pass Seven Circle just to gain entry into my place of residents. Its better off in where I lived before. At least I did have ample of parking and a visitor parking pass for my guest, so they don't have to park on the street.

Now, the building security. Okay it is great, but, way overboard. I can buzz my guest in, but have to come out my house and walk all the way around the younder to go onto the elevator and go down stairs to let my guest up stairs. Now, it is elderly people that live in there, and if they are sick, after hours, their family members or close friends can't get to them becuase they cant get on the elevator. It is just CRAZY. They(Lotus Square) want to be the Jones, but, in realilty they are the Williams. I can go uptown and pay another 200 hundred dollars with the same things, get two parking space, visitor parking pass, friendly customer services, and the gym hours is open until a later time.

I can say more, but Something needs to be done about this. How about everyone speak to the City Council memeber and the Mayor Fenty to dicuss the new property in his city.
