When I initially moved in (December 06), I thought everything was great...ie(the gym, family lounge area & business center) which includes some of the amenities. However, the fitness center closes too early, and the business center has yet to be open for use. Yes, most of the reviews about the management is true because I have experienced it myself but, I try to look pass the ignorance. The only real problem I have is the noisy neighbors overtop of my apartment and across the hall. The police have to be called constantly for domestic issues and the fire alarm goes off frequently during awful hours. The building engineer is very helpful and does a considerably good job with what he has to work with. It's not all bad and could improve tremendously with proper management.
