DANG!!! I WAS CHECKING OUT THE LOTUS SQUARE, BECAUSE IM INTERESTED IN MOVING THERE BY JANUARY AND READING THIS REVIEW MAKES ME SECOND GUESS, YES I DO AGREE THAT THE AMENDITIES ARE GREAT FOR THE PRICE, I LIVE RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER AND THINK THAT IT'S WORTH THE MOVE, BUT I DO LIKE A FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE WITH MANAGERS AND MAINTENCE AND YOU GUYS MAKE IT SEEMS LIKE IT THE APARTMENTS FROM HELL,IS IT REALLY THAT BAD?? OVERALL I AM INTERESTED BUT HAVE TO THINK TO EACH'S OWN, AND ANOTHER THING IF IT'S SOOOO BAD WHY DIDN'T ANYONE PUT HERE IN HER PLACE.

Overall, my experience here has been better than good but not yet great! I love my apartment and my neighbors seem to be cool. They don't bother me and I don't bother them. If you ask me the manager has gotten better as she probably is not used to all of the pressure in having to fill the apartments and deal with tenent issues. Like I have stated before despite my negative posting she tries. Maintainance is good if you ask me. He is extremely helpful, even if it's not during office hours. He just helped me last night around 10 cause I get home late every night. But like you said to each's own. What you may not see as a problem someone else may find just disturbing. Such as the packages issues. I see that as a favor cause if they leave it at your door you may not get it. I don't know if returning the packages is nice but I don't know the process in that. Just see for yourself.

It really is a nice place they just have to get a maintenance crew to keep it clean, that is way to much work for 1 person to be responsible for. The people that hang out on the side of the building live there, I guess they just want some air. We must consider that this is a new and very very large property and Kim is doing her best. Like I said before if it wasn't for Ms.Kim some of the tenants would not have a place to live.

I've had recent dialog with the property manager and she indicates that they are in the process of hiring an additional maintenance person as well as getting some of the bldgs common areas fixed up i.e.(painting, cleaning carpet etc.) I do think that the tenants could and should do more to help maintain the property. If you want to live in a decent environment, you must participate more in ensuring things get reported and addressed early on. With the assistance of management, I think this can be accomplished.

I have been here for about 7 months and I feel Ms. Kim is doing a great job and things will get better when everyone step up to the plate and stop being fake. Get off Ms. Kim back alot of you would not be here if it was not for her.
