I have been a resident for at least 4 months. Personally, I really haven't deal with the management team. My concerns or issues are: the gym closes at 10 pm and i don't get off untill 11pm. I can't workout and that sucks. Parking is terrible. It a first come-first serve basic. I got to park around the corner on Jay street side and walk around the corner all by myslef, and it's not safe. There are handicap people living on higher floors. For instance, how can they get down when the fire alarm goes off 3am. Who's supposed to help them, when you're trying to help your family get out. Oh yea, fire alarm goes off frequently in the building. False alarms. Since I been there since June, it may have been 7 false alarms and 1 real fire. My biggest problem now, that I have a 2 year living with me is the lock on the door. You can pull the handled down and the door opens up. it's very unsafe for children. and it's easily to break into. Might want to put a chain on the door or extra lock for protection. Why in the hell would someone use those type od handle and lock. Who was the locksmith, because they need to give back the money . but anyway. to leave on a positiv enote. they people in the building are very friendly, except for the crazy ones.
