Big decline From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   My first three years at this building were essentially pretty good. There was a rodent and bug problem for a while, but it was taken care of. The neighborhood is not great, but it has improved. However, turnover has brought into the building management and staff that are at best rude and surly but frequently overtly hostile. Complaints are met with eye-rolling and name-calling. When I complained of receiving no notice of a major construction project in my apartment, I was called a liar. Any time management enters my apartment while I'm out, something gets ruined. One day, when I received more mail than could fit in my mailbox, management took all of my mail and did not give it to me for over a week, despite my requests. I'm not sure of the cause of the sudden decline; however, it is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend living here.
