Decent Find From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   The apartment has some of the best staff I have had in an apartment. Any issue has been effectively resolved, very quickly. The building manager (and the company that runs this building) have done a good job of keeping the building in good shape. There are problems with the gated parking and the elevators are moody. However, the staff does seem to do their best to get the issues resolved. The apartments are spacious and the kitchen is larger than many apartment buildings, however there is limited counterspace which can be a negative for a frequent cooker. The neighborhood is interesting, and full of colorful people, but not always the quitest. No major safety concerns, though it is downtown D.C., so buyer beware. On the whole, the rates are lower than comparably sized (and equipped) apartments, so if you're a little concerned about your budget, it may be worth checking it out.
