ROACHES - beware From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The upside is that the management does take care of any problems fairly quickly. But, I have been living there for about a year, and when I signed the lease I was told there were no roaches. The first night I moved in, I must have seen three. And I'm on one of the top floors! And the problem just got worse. The management did all they could to get rid of them - the fumigated, called pest control, everything, but the roach problem just got worse. Now, I see a few roaches every day or every other day. Kinda gross right' Especially for the high rent this place charges. My suggestion - you can pay that type of rent somewhere else that does NOT have a roach problem. Im out as soon as my lease is up.
