Pretty happy with my place

I have lived in the M Street towers since August of 2008 and have very few complaints.

Good:
Location Location LOCATION! This building is withing 5 blocks of any line of the metro. It really doesn't get more convenient than that
Friendly management, well insulated, constantly doing improvements
They even had a very nice holiday party for the building. That was definitely a serendipidous surprise!

Bad:
Summertime the garbage may get a little smelly on the hallways, but have never had that problem inside of my apt
Hard to find street parking sometimes, and building parking is high
Elevators can be fickle
