Just moved in today. I like it so far! Christie, the manager moved me in on the same day after approving me. She is great! Only thing that I did not like is that they don't take credit card payments. I hope they do soon! Besides that, great place to live. The walls are thick (Concrete) so you can't hear your neighbors. They have quiet hours after 7pm I think and its close to everything in the heart of D.C.!
