Overrun with cockroaches... and a few mice! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   My first night there, I had a cockroach run across my stomach while in bed. The kitchen was INFESTED with roaches, despite my constantly cleaning it. It was a studio, and I rarely ate at home- mainly because of the roaches-- but it didn't matter. A few times I heard mice. One morning I woke up and found a dead mouse on the floor, which I almost stepped on. Joan the manager and her daughter are awful. Joan is a bully, and her daughter wrongfully charged me $60 for a lockout key when there's not supposed to be a charge during working hours. Because don't work on weekends and have short days, I could never pick up my packages from the mail. And it is NOT a safe area! I had people knocking on my door at 2am... ironically, right after I got home. I found condoms in the stairwell.
