Majestic Apartments

stay away From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   Management is nice but extremely unresponsive - when a neighbor upstairs was blasting his music until 2 AM, their response was literally "Oh." when I told them; they they got pissed at me when I started calling the cops. Also, the prices are rising, up near $1000 for a studio. I guess they charge extra for the roaches, of which there are PLENTY! Yes, they are all over the place, no matter how clean you keep your place. There hasn't been a single day for the past several months when I haven't killed at least 4 of 5 of them. It's disgusting and management just doesn't care. It's a shame - this could be a very nice building and totally worth living here, but I can't wait to leave.
