This is not the place you want to be. I have only been here 5 months and Im ready to move out after my first 30 days after moving in.

The children continously hang in the hallways playing all day and night, especially when the rental office is closed. They jump out of their windows, sit in front of the buildings on the steps ,play ball in the parking lots. When you come home they see you and still will not move. Throw trash down on my floor which is the bottom floor.

You see I moved in in December when it was cold. I visited the property day and night on several occassion and did not see any of this. Now its hell. We are looking for a house because this has took the cake and the icing too.

I have not seen any rats or roaches in my unit. Although my neighbor says they are here in the bldg. The apts are very spacious with 1.5 bathrooms. You can't here any noise over your head I think the ceilings are concrete. The maintenance is very friendly, beautiful landscape,and friendy office staff.
Trash is thrown out every day on the beautiful flowers. The dumpsters continously get blocked by cars so the truck cannot empty them. The buildings I told were locked at a certain time. Well how can that be when the lock/doorknob is broken every other day. 14 units in each building. Almost everyone has about 5 children and other relatives living there who are not on their lease. I have never lived like this and I want out. You see I lived in a house before moving here. but I was forced to move out of our previous rental because the house was sold. and I did not have much time to find a place.
