i have lived here for a while, and if i had it my way i would not be here. but that is about to change. anyone considering living here either has not perfect credit or low income, and i sympathize with your situation. you have to do what you have to do. when you read the articles about roaches and rodents, parking issues, loitering through out the night, poor management response etc, the reviewers are not exaggerating at all. you get what you pay for. the reviewer that made the comment about william c smith is right. when they were managing this property, things got done, management response was almost immediate. now that WCS is gone, family and friends have been hired and they work when they want to. the manager here thinks she is queen bee. if she lift her head up out of the helps crotch and focus on the issues and concerns of the property it could be a better place to live.
