I lived here for 8 months and i love it here even though somethings can be fixed the neighbors are nice and ms.wanna the manger is wonderful whenever i need something done in my apt. Mr Willie or Alex is right here the only promblem i have here is the mices i can't get rid of the community is warm and people here respect your suff before i moved here i was living around the corner on gainvillie now that was a bad community here at maplewood we work together my apt is big my 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom for 885 a month now you can't beat that another problem is the people be on the front and went you come home from along day of work u don't want to see that me in my basement apt. i don't here no noise and it is so!!!!!quiet i don't here a thing down here and hearing the way things use to run Ms. Wanna and Samantha is doing a wonderful job here so keep the good work girls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

I lived @ Maple-Hell for a year now they got roaches out the ass, unfit parents that let they kids run wild, WANNA BE grown men standing on the corner all day, hookers walking around like the police station ain't even around the corner, and the staff is nothing to be proud of. If you have a car I feel sorry for you lol cause the kids from Langston Lane comes around here and breaks the back window out like it's a gov't job OMG and miss thang in the rental office is to busy screwing the maintenance and tenants to care about the issues in the complex. Do yourself a favor and keep it moving!!!!!!!
