Satisfied Tenant From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004 1 response   I have been a tenant of Marbury Plaza since 2001 and have had an enjoyable stay. I have never had a problem in getting work done or getting a response from Management when I have an issue. Their response time good and the maintenance staff always get the job done right the first time. Yes, there are some issues, but what complex doesn't. I have lived at several complexes and believe me they all have their share of problems and I can truly say that Marbury has been the best place that I have lived and plan to stay for a very long time. Check it out for yourself.
