Marbury Plaza is a horrible place to live and the management office is horrible to do business with. I have had a kitchen drawer on backorder since I moved in a year and five months ago. I was supposed to receive it two weeks after moving in and it still has not shown up, along with the replacement vanities for both bathrooms, medicine cabinets, screens for the windows, and a whole host of other things. I've had a leak, which has turned into a huge whole in my ceiling that I reported at least five to six months ago. To which they have responded by sending repair man, after repair man to look at it and confirm "Yep, ya got a whole there alright!" and then leave never fixing the whole or the leak. The management office is the most unorganized group of unprofessionals, I once had a rental dispute with the manager over the speaker phone because she was in a residents apartment at the time getting her hair braided and didn't even care to take the time to come speak to me in person!
I have been overall dissaticefied in all aspects of my experience there. Don't move in. Don't get suckered in. The truth is, that drawer on backorder will never arrive and you'll never have a place to put your forks and knives!

YEAH THAT'S RIGHT MARBURY PLAZA IS NOTHING BLACK ON BLACK CRIME THE APARTMENTS ARE IN BAD SHAPE AND THE STAFF INCLUDING MS. BATTLE AND HER GROUP OF CRACK HEAD JUNKIES DON'T CARE ABOUT NOTHING BUT GETTING A PAY CHECK THEY CHANGE OWNERS EVERY FOR TO FIVE MONTHS AND IT JUST A STEPPING STONE SO IF YOUR IN LOOK DON'T COME HERE JUST PASS IT UP AS LONG AS YOUR BLACK IN SE AT MARBURY PLAZA DONT TRY TO EVEN THINK ITS BETTER ITS WORST THAN YOU THINK MARBURY PLAZA IS DOWN IN THE DUMPS AND THERES NO RETURN.
