I had (and may still have) mice running rampant in my unit on the 6th floor of the 2300 building. The head maintenance person says it is an isolated incident because all the construction near the complex. Guess I am suppose to believe the mice singled me out on the 6th Floor!

In late July I noticed black oblong drops on my kitchen counters. In August, I witnessed a mouse scurrying down my entrance hallway.

On August 17, 2007, the scheduled painter brought to my attention several areas of gross negligence on the part of the Marbury Plaza contractors who remodeled my kitchen a few years ago. The debris behind the kitchen stove and counter filled two large trash bags.

The scheduled exterminator placed several glue traps throughout the unit, and poison pellets behind the stove and refrigerator. The exterminator said he had several other calls throughout the 2300 building for mice infestation.

On September 19th, the oblong drops were back on my kitchen counters.

I purchased several mouse traps, glue traps and D-Con.

On Sunday, September 23, I had a small dinner party in my unit. Before I could serve my guest the food, a mouse had crawled on to the stove and began eating the prepared dinner! All of my dinner guest saw the rodent on the stove in the food! I have not cooked a meal in my unit since!

I purchased more mouse traps and more D-Con.

On October 1, as I watched tv in the living room, my curtains near the radiator started moving, and a mouse scurried from behind the curtains and ran toward me then into the direction of the kitchen.

I read that as summer temperatures begin to cool rodents are relatively abundant and seek winter shelter in buildings; I just don't want any in my apartment home!

On October 8, maintenance sealed the holes in and around the convectors, stove and dishwasher. They treated me like I was a crazy person making up lies, and they were extremely condescending. I ve lived in the unit a number of years, and this is a first for me!

Also another thing that gets me about "Maurbury Plaza" note! I had to put that in quotation!. It doesn't make any sense at all that majority of the security guards there at maurbury don't do there job. Their always constantly on chill mode, in the booth just chatting, carrying on a wild conversation about nothing. I mean what are they there for?? I do ask. And what is up with the neighbors!!! Oh my goodness just nasty, an not clean, always putting their trash by the elevator instead of putting it down the trash shoot: What is wrong with this picture?? I mean if your that damn lazy to walk to the trash shoot..then throw the ---- over you balcony if that's the case. When I had that mouse problem, I made sure that maintanence came in an clogged every single hole that he could possibly find. After that little rodent ran from my apartment he never came back. "Gaurantee" I will be ready the next time, cause he will not make it out alive. What is up with the water issue? Our water is always being constantly shut off between certain hours, before I get in the tub to wash my body I let the water run for about (15-30 minutes). But back to the fake ass!! Toy cops now!....I mean even though their fine as hell! Except one. They don't do a damn thing but sit on there asses all day long, with thier eyes wondering at females that go in an out of the complex instead of patrolling the area. I can go on and on about this.
