My friends apartment is terrible. Everything needs to be replaced. There promised to fix the kitchen(new cabinets, new appliances, new floor, & paint), replace the missing wood tiles or replace the entire floor, fix the hole in the shower wall that has duct tape on the wall, fix the leaking a/c unit, and paint when he signed the lease....well that was almost 2 years ago and nothing has been done! So he's moving out.

The staff is terrible, maintenace is non-existant, parking is a joke. If you get off work at 3:00 you'll get a space, other than that....good luck!

My aunt and uncle used to live there is the 70's and it was really nice back then. The need a new management company!
