Bad Management at its best

When I moved in back in September 2001, this place was better. The management company back then was doing its job. Tenants knew who to call to get things done. However, recently it's been very bad. They are not responsive, they are arrogant and sometimes just rude. They won't respond to any request. They will give out conflicting information on the same issue. Don't even think about requesting a transfer. The front building is better that the back building. Great size for the apartments, but too many issues.
