The building is so old and run down. There is mold everywhere. In fact, they make you sign a mold/mildew release when you move in. I tried to wipe off a strange brown spot on my kitchen wall and the whole wall caved in. I heard water running in the ceiling in my bathroom and then one night the ceiling around the light in the bathroom fell in. It took them two weeks to get the electricity fixed on one side of the apartment. In the meantime, the surge of electricity blew two brand new microwaves. Maintenance was slow to respond to all these issues. And, there was a leak in front of my door. The elevators and hallways are filthy. The best thing I can say about the building is that it's cheap.
