I recently moved to Marbury Plaza and so far its been ok. The floor that I'm on has been quite so far. No roaches or mice, when I had a repair problem everything was done. I'm going to put in a request for new cabinets. I have a problem with people that don't care about where they live. They throw trash on the elevators, and they sometimes smell like urine. I know that they are being clean because I see the people cleaning them in the morning. People need to care about where they live. Also, we need to wake up because Marbury may become condo, they are building up that area, especially with the new stadium coming. There's alot of potential at Marbury Plaza. I've learned that you treat people the way you want to be treated. I have not had any problems with any of the staff. I was afraid to move here at first, because I was reading the reviews. I also read reviews for other apartment complex in DC and MD, in Laurel as well as Bowie, and Marbury reviews where much better. I go in my apartment and mind my business. I speak to people in the halls and they speak back. I do smell the weed in the halls, but as long as they are doing it in their apartments thats their business. It can be embarrasing, but I'm not going to knock on their door. People that have visit my aparment say its real nice, and the view is gorgeous.
