DON'T MOVE HERE

I move to Marbury Plaza in November 2007 because I thought this would be a nice place to live and at the time they were about to become condos. Now it seems that they will not be converting over but that is fine with me because I wouldn't buy this piece of @#$% if someone paid me. The hallways smell, I mean reak and there are cockroaches and mice. I had water damage to my apartment and it has been almost a month and my apartment smells like mold and mildew. There is mold growing in both bedrooms and I have call several times the rent office but they continue to igore my complaints. It should have taken this long to have the problems fixed in my unit. My financee asked if we could move to another unit until the lease is up but didn't happen. Now we live in a moldy apartment. Hopefully, either of us want get sick. They drag there feet for everything. Kids playing in the hallways. The elevators are always nasty. If you want a nice place to live don't move here. This is truly the ghetto. I will be moving when my lease is up.(Can't wait) I really hate going home.
