I moved to marbury november of 2007, and the minute my lease was up i ran as fast as i could, this is the worst place you can live beside the damn shelter. My building 2312 was the hang out, ------- from everywhere hung out on the front i couldn't even enjoy my patio, because it was too many damn kids playing ball around my patio, my window, around the cars, my side mirror got broke on one of my cars, maintenance suck, it took me 8 months to get screens on the window and a screen for the patio and they weren't even put on correctly, u couldn't even open the windows, the mice took over the unit they won, because i couldn't deal with it any longer, parking suck also, u had to get home before 7pm to get a space or else u are on goodhope rd, where you car was guaranteed to get hit, Security was a big joke a waste of tax payers money, they didn't do a dam thing couldn't even break up a fight, grafitti was everywhere, glass in the swimming pool and the deck of the pool, overall Marbury Plaza is the worst besides the shelter you would want to live Im glad i moved, and then it took me 6 months to get back my security department i left the apartment in better condition then they left to me, they gave me the run arounds for 6 months, the white boy Marty they paid him to do absolutly nothing because thats just what he did, rent should be free of charge.

Even with no punctuation, ill advised punctuation and poor grammar, the points are well taken; however, what do federal and city tax payers have to do with privately owned Marbury Plaza paying for their building security guards? Be grammatically correct and factual to make your points valid and vaulable!

Never live in garden apartments!!!!!!!! I wouldn't have moved there if my life depended on it! The Towers is where I live and besides the lazy maintenance people I've had no problems. It helps that I know someone who works in the office though. I never get into swimming pools where I live, glad I don't have kids!

Then you have Mr. SmoothCool and my S^! doesn't stink, Property Manager. So uncouth and without any business savvy or customer service acoutrement. Doesn't know how to interact with intelligent folks especially women. Call him on the carpet for something that's been put in writing he'll still claim no knowledge. I could go on and on and on... But, it's a new day and another new property management company coming onboard - about the fifth or sixth since I've been a tenant; current property manager is about the 10th or 12th since I've been here.
