Marina View Towers

AGAIN- DO NOT MOVE HERE- IT IS WORTHLESS! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I wrote an earlier comment about the living conditions at Marina View and thought I should add a few more comments after I found that the laundry room for my building is flooded and heard the familiar "it should be fixed today" (what a lie!). First, all the locks were replaced on the apartments (for what reason I still don't understand), and the management failed to make duplicate keys for people who have more than one person living in the apartment. This went on for about two weeks, because "the key machine was unavailable, or needed parts". Why no-one could go to a hardware store and have keys made was beyond me! Also, we have a CONSISTANT problem with the shower in the bathroom not having hot water- imagine how much "fun" it is to wake up, start taking a shower, and have the water turn ice cold until you have to just "take it" and rinse off under the icy water. It is not a pleasant way to start your day especially when you consider you are paying $1500 plus a month for the experience!!!! Please heed this warning and do not get trapped into moving into this dump! It's service is pathetic. It it NOT worth the view!!
