I am currently residing there, what a bad choice for my first apartment, these apartments needs to be renovated ASAP they are old with wall radiators which will burn your --- up, maintenance suck and they are crack heads and drunks and smart --- mouths, i pay $825.00 for what mice??? because they took over the dam apartment the cabinetts don;t match the hardwood floors a mess cracked up, molding in the bathroom, stoves are back in the 70's needs to be upgraded, refrigerators needs to be thrown out on MLK DO NOT MOVE HERE, waiting for my least to expire so i can move asap,laundry rooms are too far away which is very dangerous when its dark and no respect from your neighbors, they make all sorts of noise over top of your head and apartment hallways always reek of weed and all sorts of drugs, Overall A HOT MESS, TEAR THEM DOWN ASAP

IT SEEMS TO ME LIKE YOU CHOSE TO LIVE THERE. YOU PROBRABLY WERE DESPERATE OR YOU HAVE VERY BAD CREDIT. I AM VERY COMFORTABLE WIT MY SPACE I NERVER HEAR ANY NOISE AND I BARELY SEE PEOLPLE. THIS COMMUNITY IS IN A NICE LOCATION AN DTHE GROUNDS ARE KEPT PRETTY WELL. I DO AGREE THAT THE MAITANANCE STAFF NEED TO STEP THEIR GAME UP THAT WAS A SHOCK TO ME. BUT AGAIN YOU HAD THE OPTION TO VIEW YOU UNIT BEFORE YOU MOVED IN SO THATS ON YOU.
