Some elements of the construction seem a little bit cheap/flimsy. I can always hear my neighbors' music/movies/videogames.
In general, though, the apartment is pretty nice. all the elevators and the garbage chute are at one end of the building, which makes life a little hard on those of us that live at the other end.
The concierges and maintenance staff are friendly.
The leasing office is rude and generally ineffective. They are more than willing to screw you over, and less than willing to help you out. They are the biggest single downside to living at mass court. Also, many of the amenities (especially the rooftop pool and hot tub are pretty much always broken).
In many ways its a fine place to live, and I love the location. But the leasing office turns me off. I won't be back.
