The apartment itself is great -- the rooms are a good size, the kitchen is nicely laid-out, and the building is cool. The concierge desk is also quite helpful, but they are contracted out. The actual leasing office is not helpful at all. My interactions with them having been confusing at best. They do not return phone calls, and you will get conflicting answers to questions based on who you talk to at any given time. We had to call and email them several times over a period of two months before we moved it to get a copy of our lease, and they ended up having to overnight FedEx it to us so that we would get it the day before we were supposed to move in, which didn't give us enough time to review it. We probably won't renew our lease if the leasing office doesn't change noticably.
