I actually like the office staff. Of course, I 've made sure they know my name and I know each of theirs. When I have had troubles, if I am friendly, they respond in kind. (Dale Carnegie stuff...) I've had no pest issues.
The appliances are cheap and the plumbing fixtures are low quality, but otherwise no complaints. Maintenance and security staff are outstanding.
My BIGGEST complaint is the other tenants. #1) Dogs are allowed here. That's not so bad in itself, but I've seen dog urine on the elevator once and there is often dog feces on the rooftop track, despite the "No pets allowed" sign. Some pet owners are not responsible.
#2) We are very close to Georgetown Law School and hence live with a lot of college students. Many act as if this was a dorm - shouting in the courtyard, loud parties/music , loud in the hallways at night.
