Love the space - love the area (it IS up and coming just not all the way there yet). Feel very safe - the sidewalks are very well lit (at least on the 4th Street side). The exceptions are the cleanliness of the tenants - there's cigarette butts everywhere - empty beer cans on the weekends - and dog owners not picking up their dogs "deposits" on the sidewalks. I think if there were more garbage cans around the building - it would help alot with all of those problems.

Parking is great - including the garage - well worth the charge - am able to walk to work now and feel completely safe doing so.
