I agree with many of the previous posters who stated that the management is horrible. It is. Don't believe anything the leasing agents tell you until you see it in the Lease.
Also, they treat the residents like little kids. You are not allowed at the pool after 9:00pm and cannot go into the club room after 6:00pm. The management says that they have to impose these restrictions because many of the residents act like kids and don't take care of the amenities. They may have a point because the vast majority of residents are Georgetown Law School students. You might think that law students would be mature and studious' Think again. Regardless of whos to blame, the fact of the matter is that I'm paying a huge amount of money in amenity fees and it's ridiculous that I can't use them when I want to. So, needless to say, I'm moving out.

I cant claim to be a happy masscourter for several reasons, but, in all fairness, I know the problems with tennents which occurred over the summer were by people who dont really live here. Although, not allowed, many people subletted their places to undergrads and interns who are now gone. With that said, ammenity access should be returned to those who live here and do care about others and the upkeep of these common areas. I dont know, if someone misuses an area, ban them, but, don't punish the rest of the good residents with curfews and limited access.
