Simply because it was written by a Mass Court rental agent...in fact...the SAME rental agent who keeps falsely boosting this pitiful excuse for a "residence's" positive score here. Trust me on this one...move in at your own stupidity...believe all the "no" reviews here. They're the only ones who tell it like it is.
