Love the location, but...

I was one of the first tenants to move in here, and I can echo most of the other postings. I can think of few locations in the city where I'd rather live, and the units here (especially the lofts) are great. But for the money, the service is truly deplorable. Upon renewing, I was on the hook for about $100 more per month for a studio, including a $10 per month "trash fee." There's also the $400/year "amenity fee." The idea is to get you in and then milk you for a bunch of unseen charges. And trust me, there is NO flexibility from the staff. Lose your access card' $50 fee. I thought I might be able to play the loyalty card with some of this stuff, since I got in so early. Not even close. One of the elevators was down for six months and the front of the building still isn't fixed from when a car smashed into it in February. I've been trying to get the access system for visitors linked to my phone since I moved in. Stil isn't done. Hot tub is often out of service. And you better be prepared to live amongst a bunch of kids who think they're still in a dorm. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
