Too expensive, too much noise

As others have stated, the location is great - that's the only good thing about Mass Court. We were sucked in a year ago by a "one month free rent" deal that has been prorated over the whole year. Our 1 BR plus Den has been a good deal for the money for the first year. Then we found out that if we resign, our rent will increase $350 per month, or by 22%. We were told rents would not be increased more than 10%. All the while, we have dealt with consistently broken elevators, reduced hours in community areas, walls so thin you can hear neighbor's conversations, barking dogs and alarm clocks. Mass Court feels like a college dorm, with luxury living rent prices. Tenants are disrespectful and treat common areas like their parents still clean up after them. Mass Court still claims it is luxury living. It is not even close.
