Bad:
Noise - Construction site across the street was bad for a month or two with jackhammers, not as bad now. We never hear out neighbors, but can hear people in the hallway.
Elevators - There was one out for the first few months here. It'd not really a problem any more.
Hours - the pool closes really early.

The pool closes at 9:00 PM. I think that is pretty late for an apartment community. I think the 9:00 cut off time is a reasonable time especially when there are residents who live by the pool.
