I have lived at Mass Court for about 4 months now and I haven't had any problems. And, frankly, I just don't know what all the negative fuss is about. There may have been problems prior to my moving in, but I have been very happy with everything. The elevators have worked every day since I have lived here. I've only requested a repair twice for some minor things (toilet clogged and kitchen sink not draining), but the staff were very responsive in fixing the problem. I looked at other new apartment buildings in the area like the Meridian, Avalon, and Post Mass. I found Mass Court's apartments to be more unique and attractive, especially if you like modern. I was lucky because I was able to rent a 1 bedroom apartment for around $1600. Not bad considering I had seen other 1 bedroom apartments in the area in the $1800 to 2000 range. I have to admist price was the biggest factor for me. But, if my budget would allow a higher rent, I would still rent at the $2000 range. There are so many positives. First and foremost, I am very impressed with the staff. From the moment I walked in to look at an apartment to now, I have nothing but kudos for the staff. My leasing agent has been super attentive to my needs. He has always returned my calls when I had questions. The concierge staff for the most part has been wonderful. The building has a number of events every month for all of the residents. My favorite so far has been the pancake beakfast. Although I have only used the gym, all the ammenities are very nice as well. I can't wait to use the rooftop pool in the summer.

The only problem that I have is that parking in the area is almost non-existent. But, there is a parking garage in the building if you're willing to pay the additional parking. I mainly take the metro everywhere. But, it can be difficult for guest visiting. It is a city.
