I think one's satisfaction about his/her living situation is relative. I've had a very good experience living at Mass Court. I'm originally from New York City and rents are way more expensive there. My 1 bedroom at Mass Court is twice as large as my place that I rented in New York. It's also about a third less in rent and I it's in a new apartment building to boot. I think I'm getting a great deal. If you're coming from suburbia...I think you are going to be shocked with the rents of any large city. Try living in New York City if you think the neighborhood around Mass Court is scary. Trust me, the neighborhood around Mass Court is pretty tame compared to some places in New York. I think it is an overall great place to live.
