with false positive reviews. Don't believe a WORD of the last four "yeses"...I can guarantee you 500% they are from leasing agents in the Mass Court Apts. front office. I'm pretty sure I know just who is doing it, too.

Now. The REALITY of this place: It's a nightmare. The walls are so thin you can hear every conversation you neighbor has. The building is overrun with students...they party in the hall, on the rooftop deck, in the elevators...anywhere they can. It's insane. Management turns a blind eye, because mommy and daddy are paying their rent a year in advance.

And the surrounding area -- leasing agent -- if people wanted to live in NYC, they WOULD, you idiot. We're not talking about NYC here, dumba$$. We're talking about DC...and this area is VERY unsafe.

Stay away at all costs! I cannot WAIT until my lease it up in a month.
