Can you be any more obvious'!'! ROFLMAO! "Love it!" "Location, location, location!!!" LOLOL! Now here's the truth: building is incompetently maintained as well as managed, overrun with drunken students, and you can hear everything through thin walls. If that weren't bad enough...unsafe area in which to live. Oh, and you'll pay through the nose for these "luxuries." I'm out as soon as my lease expires.
