I don't think Mass Court is all that. I have lived at quite a few apartment communities in the past. I think it's all the same from one space to another. I initally considered a studio or 1 bedroom, but I found the rental price to be a shocker for me. I decided to find a roommate to help ease the expense. My share of the rent is a bit more affordable because of the roommate situation. I could probably find a 1 bedroom elsewhere for the share/amount I am paying. I pay a premium for some of the luxuries that not all apartments provide. Location is key here because it's right next to the Interstate, close to metro stations, and walking distance to shops & restaurants. I travel often and I like the quick access Regan National Airport. It's only 15 minutes by car and I can also take the metro with no tranfers. The ammenities are nice, but I don't use them very often. The only ammenity that I have used on a regular basis is the pool in the summer time. It does have one of the best rooftop views of Washington from the pool. There are some students who live here. Georgetown Law Center is across the freeway from the building. I have experienced that the students can be a bit immature at times especially when they are in groups. Going to Georgetown doesn't necessarilly equate to having class. I've only complained once about noise when my neighbors were having a domestic quarrel. The concierge suggested that I contact the police since it was after hours. So, I called the police and I never had any issues after that time. I haven't had any major issues for the most part. Oh, parking for your guest can be difficult unless you pay to park in the garage. It's not the best, but I would still recommend it to a friend.
