The building is falling apart, and the prices are astronomical for a neighborhood that is overrun by bums. The management is really rude and completely unwilling to help with even the smallest of favors. The pool is cleaned only once a week, if that, so it's really dirty and often unuseable. The hot tub isn't hot. When amenities are broken, it takes months to fix them. I could go on forever. Stay away at all costs.
