Not the Worst, But...

I have a nice clean apartment. But it's not the apartment I signed up for. When I had my walkthrough with the leasing agent they took me to the beautiful, sparkling, granite countertops, two bedroom loft. They told me my kitchen and bathroom would look exaclty the same (except for layout). When I arrived to my apartment that just wasn't the case. I don't mind my kitchen being scaled down, but lying is not a way to gain my extended business.
Furthermore, noise is sort of an issue. Again, I don't mind people having a good time and playing music, but it is constant well into the evening from the rooftop pool. People are up there just blasting music, it never seems to stop all weekend long. Air flow is another major issue. I live on the courtyard side and my apartment will never get any sort of breeze or fresh air. My only other complaint was I had to put in 3 different maintenance requests to get a light fixed. Further, one night I smelled smoke through my entire apartment, it was very overwhelming, I called and professed to the night receptionist that I thought there was a fire in the building - they didn't send anyone until the next morning. Luckily, there was no fire, it was large ashtray that had been smoldering.
On the good side, my apartment is cozy, clean, it has washer and dryer which is huge. The location, in a lot of ways can't be beat. You can park on the street for $30 a year, and there is ALWAYS a close spot. The building is also like 10 minutes from the airport which is unbelievable. Prices are high, but for the location, it somewhat reasonable - though I haven't received my rent increase yet for next year, which ought to be interesting.
P.S. = price based on 1.5 bedroom 1 bathroom. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

How can you park on the street for $30 a year? If it's a permit, how do you obtain it
